The game is called PlaneAdventures, it's a FlappyBird meets a Shoot 'em up game with Upgrades.

It's designed for touch-screens, but plays nicely here on my PC's browser too. The various extra features make this much more interesting than Flappy Bird. The visuals and audio are very nicely done, with the exception that some objects tend to pop out of nowhere.
